Kep, I sent you an email from within the BB via your profile with a number of questions regarding the file and included my email address. However I haven't heard back from you.
3-D files are available in a number of formats, plus I have different variations of the print. I would prefer to send the file format that way instead of posting it on the board, assuming the BB even allows posting files like that.

I don't have the printer and the owner went on vacation Friday. I will email him to see what he says.

Thanks WEB
I got your files and will report back. Unfortunately I'm not the owner of the printer so I do not have control over the speed of the creation of the parts but I will report back once I have any progress.

Well they printed out too large. Won't fit at all even if I remove the square it is too tall. I may adjust the size and see if I can get it to work. I emailed Web but have yet to hear anything from him.

The guy who printed mine said that there were dimensions that were blank so he input what seemed right. I guess it was not correct.

Not sure if the problem is one of dimensions or scale. I only have experience with my Makerbot printer and I know that different printers can print differently because a friend who has 3 of them has experienced that; it’s the reason he has 3. I guess there is also the possibility of a difference in the construction of our trailers in spite of same year and model.
I’ll repeat my offer to print some and mail them to you.
Good luck and keep me posted.
