Along with tools, emergency equipment and the like, I’ve found this air inflator to be in valuable:

Great for getting all tires to proper pressure whether filling or deflating. Set the pressure you want and do something else for a bit. I’m already married to the dewalt system so it works for me.
Having this bypasses having to find an accessible air station and having to pay for air.
Also inflates/deflates rafts, balls, bike tires etc...

The other part I carry is a spare thermal cutoff for the hot water heater, $15 insurance.

In my lower compartments I store chocks, tarps, a small shovel, rope and road dirt...

I use the old battery box from my Silver Streak to store lubricants in spray or squeeze form. Stores in my rear trunk.

An air inflator is handy. When parked for an extended period one ought to raise cold pressure by 10% past sidewall maximum. As well as be parked on wood.

Lug nut torque & tire pressure are daily pre-trip.
