Bot an e trailer e2 WD hitch with sway control and 800# bars, max trailer wt is 6750. Got it set up, had to use the spring loaders to get the arms up. Tow vehicle front meas dead on trailer was up in front about 1/4". Towed great. Very comfortable, stable and absolutely no sway. Also seemed to pull easier and smoother.
Problem was unhitching. Jacked the trailer all the way up off the ball. Ended up knocking the spring arms off. Gotta be a better way. What am I missing?

I also have an e2 hitch and have been very pleased with it. When putting on and removing the bars I leave the trailer attached to the ball and use the trailer jack to raise the trailer tongue and the rear of the truck. This takes tension off the bars and makes them easy to remove and install.

Glad to hear the e2 works, but so far, not for me. jacked it up so much I thought it would roll
backwards on level ground both attached to and unattached to the ball. I'm obviously missing something.
