I will be utilizing this quite a bit, just a question any idea for a replacement couch and flooring? Thanks for the advice in advance!

Lots of options for flooring, and it really depends on your tastes and what you're after. As far as the pull out couch, you might be able to fit a futon or something in that space. However, I'd be inclined to build something similar to the original. It's a pretty simple design and wouldn't be too hard to do.

Late to this thread. My ins co no longer insures travel trailers.
I bought a '77 travelcader 26 for 6400 and that's what Progressive insured it for. $160.00 premium
My Argosy was valued at 10k and my homeowners carried it for 89.00/yr..
