I believe I purchased them at HD. Mine are mill finish. They do come with nylon bug screening.

Beware that they are pretty flimsy. They are designed for a house that doesn't see road debris. But they are lightweight and very inexpensive to replace. I think caulking them around the edges might be a good idea as well.
