Louvered access panel

I have a 1978 Avion 9.1 meter trailer and recently lost the exterior access panel behind the refrigerator. The rough dims of the panel are 14 1/2 X 21 3/4. Does ANYONE have any suggestions on where I might be able to find a replacement panel or have one custom made?

Any suggestions would be appreciated!
