1987 34X in Grand Marais, MI

Saw this one on CL today. Thought I'd post it here because you don't see 34X models come up for sale very often. This one looks like it is in good shape, and priced about what I'd think is a going price. I like to post the link (but the ad will eventually go away), but I also like to put the text and pictures from the ad here for future reference.

AVION Travel Trailer 1987, 34.8 ft - $9900 (Grand Marais, MI)
AVION Travel Trailer 1987, 34X, 10.6 Meter (34.8 ft). Three axle, queen size bed in back, couch/bed, dinette/bed, walk through full-size bath tub & shower/toilet, very clean condition, not lived in, six (6) pull-down Zip-Dee awnings. Has nice kitchen with 4-burner range/oven, microwave, sink and counter. All hardwood cabinets and drawers with good closet & storage space throughout the trailer. All windows have good curtains, plus either pull-down shades or venetian blinds. Has roof air conditioner and 3-way refrigerator/freezer, but these two may need replacement or repair. AVION trailers are close relatives to AIRSTREAM trailers, but Avions built in the 1970s and 1980s were arguably better built than Airstreams. This trailer would be perfectly suited for a temporary build-site residence, or as a beach or lakeside weekend retreat, or hunting camp. Could also be used for comfortable, year around living.
