Replacement fresh water tank or repair

I wishfully thought I had addressed and solved everything. Today, finally got to the fresh water system and discovered that my fresh water tank inlet in damaged in our new-to-us '68 A-25. Is there a source for replacement tanks or any magic way to repair this. My photos are too large to attach but I will retake them and post

I pulled the tank on my prior 79 Airstream and repaired a leak with this stuff...

However, once patched I discovered other small leaks in other places. Thus, I'd be inclined to pull the tank, measure it, and get a new one. A quick Google search brought up a couple sites...

Went with a new 12"x12"x50" tank from Vintage Trailer Supply.

Nice job! Please share pics when you have time so others can see what you did. It'd be great to have stored for future reference.
