AVION Travel Trailers

Hi all, I have part of this distribution hitch assembly on my H24. Since Im going to rust proof and paint this section of the frame this weekend, Im looking to see if anyone know where I can get the front part of it. (the part that attaches to the truck s receiver)

If not, does anyone know who made this stabilizer? That way I can replace it with a comparable one.

Also, This tailer has an older Power Jack. The interior chain rotted so bad that it disintegrated. any idea about where to get a tiny chain (1/4" tall)??
