1986 avion 25h

I have found a 86 25 h for $5500. It is missing the patio awning and there is hail damage on the roof. No leaks and everything is working. There is a prior salvage title on this from the hail damage. NADA is $2000. I would like to but this but I am not sure if 5500 is a fair price. Can anyone help?
