5" round porch lamp lens wanted

Hello all. I've searched every vintage trailer parts site that I can think of but came up dry. I'm looking for the lens cover for our '66 Sportsman. 5" in diameter similar to what's pictured below but with two holes to attach.

I think the best route may be a 3D printer outfit. One-off production tends to be expensive but the cost per unit drops when a bunch are made. Anyone else interested?
