Ideas Needed: Bumper Replacement

A couple years ago I tore the bumper off my '84 Avion after going to down a dirt road in Alabama Hills that was too technical for 32'. I'm searching for your ideas on what bumper I may be able to source that would look like it was intended to be there. I was hoping I could install a chrome Airstream bumper but they seem to be intended for 5" frame rails, while the Avion is 6". Perhaps there is a specific model year Airstream with 6"?

Cayo didn't have any bumpers. Besides hiring a fabricator to make something custom, does anyone have any other ideas?
