Plastic wire protectors upper cabinets

I am looking for two of the plastic wire protectors in the cabinet hiding the under cabinet light wires. My 87 Avion has them in the upper cabinets over the twin beds.

We’re you able to track something down? I’ve never seen them for sale and thought I’d I have to make a wooden chaise if mine ever got damaged.

I never found any. I installed the wire in a plastic conduit I found at lowes for cabinet lighting.
