Need help deciphering what I have

I just brought home the trailer from a ranch this past weekend. I for the life of me can not seem to figure out what we have. If anyone would be able to decode the tag it would be greatly appreciated. No idea about a title or plates so that’s my next move before we start ripping into it to make it solid.
