Wanted: 1978 or newer, 25' or thereabouts

Hello all!
Am on the lookout for an Avion to purchase.
- Should be 1978+
- Mostly interested in a 25' or 26', would consider a 28', or maaaaaaybe a 30', definitely no triples
- Prefer something that's at least somewhat ready-to-use (interior intact, solid floors, frame, etc)
- Would ideally be located in the upper Midwest, but will travel for the right deal
