ID Model and Year by Serial Number?

Hey folks!
I posted this in the "Introductions" section as well.
I'm new to the site. I'm cleaning up a T21 that my parents own. They are of an age now where they no longer use it. I am trying to decide if I want to purchase it myself or get it ready for sale. The registration shows it's a '67, but the manufacturer's brochure for '67 shows a Tourist 22' as the closest model to what I think they have. It is a tandem axle and is 21', but the '67 brochure shows the Tourist is only in single axle configuration and it was not an available option for a tandem. I am still trying to locate the title. Is there a resource that can identify the year of manufacture by the serial number?

Can you post a picture of the plate, or provide the info?
The 1967 brochure doesn't list a tandem axle option.... we don't have a 1968 brochure, but the 1969 brochure shows that as an option. It will be interesting to see what you have.

Thank you for those images. The resources I have available have not led to a definitive conclusion.

I would suggest calling Chuck Cayo... His family built your Avion. Give him a call (keep calling...... you will eventually get him..... when he DOES answer, he'll stay on the phone all day with you if needed!)
