Brought the trailer down off of blocks. Sitting squarely on her own 6 feet

That feels great I’m sure.

I’m about to dig into my brakes and get some new tires put on while the wheels are off. I don’t trust any one to jack my trailer correctly or torque the lugs correctly but me.

I remember doing that as snow flakes began to fall. It's quite the feeling of relief and peace.

That feeling, yes, if only briefly. Then onto the next project. (but I'm running out of things to do - at least the major ones)
What I have noticed is that, without any stabilizers down (yet) the old girl doesn't rock a bit.Not at all. None, zero, zip.

That's a perfect indication of the Avion frame compared to an Airstream frame.

before we bought our Avion, I asked the previous owner if it had stabilizers, because I hadn't noticed them down. we have only used them once or twice. The trailer is so stable without them!
