This is the second Avion that I've seen with that color of paint above the rub rail. The other was done completely, top to bottom in that color.
Some peoples children .......

Missing window protector in front also propane tank cover. Could be a nice trailer and they simply are that rare that I say he gets that price. Personally I wouldn’t go any lower in fact I would probably ask more.
I think he’s nuts for selling it. Nothing made today comes close in how sturdy Avions are built

Agreed on all accounts. The interior looks well enough done. Just hate that Lizard Skin job.
I get the impression that this XB has only one heater and I was enlightened recently that basement models had two.
Almost bought a basement model two years ago, but the owner had a bad case of anger mismanagement and you couldn't even talk to the guy.

Mine has dual heaters. I also installed dual ACs. The one AC just wasn’t cutting it. I’ve been so crazy busy at work that I just started finishing some repairs.

Does this just have just the one closet outside the bathroom?

The "X" floorplan doesn't have a lot of closet storage, but it does have a larger split bath. It should have two identical closets froward of the bathroom area.

I like the idea of the rear bedroom layout in the X, but I'm not a fan of the split bath and the resulting decrease in cabinet/closet space. We really like our 34W, but if I had my druthers, I'd druther have a 34V with a full-size bed as opposed to the most-common twin bed design. The full-size-bed 34V is a rare creature.

Rare indeed. I thought about putting a double bed in place of my twin. It would have required 13 inches to be shifted to the drivers side to accommodate the Double. In the end, I wasn't up for re-engineering that aft wall, re-sculpting the door/doorway and opted instead for a good twin mattress.
