for those of you all who do major restoration projects, I feel silly with a "subject" title like this.
BUT for us, it was a lot. We cleaned the trim and replaced all the belt line insert, both rows all around. Then wrapped and taped off the front and back of the trailer and wire brushed the stairs, bumper and tongue and spray painted them. To my amazement, the spray paint enamel made them look great! Our camper has a fleetwood propane bottle cover. we sprayed that with a brushed aluminum spray paint. It is really surprising how much all the fresh accents and trim show up and improve the look of our Avion.

For those who may wonder about the blue thing in the top of the power jack. The plastic cover on the top has broken. It is all taped up with black gorilla tape. Then I cut the top off of a heavy duty silicone travel water bottle and slipped it over the whole thing. Wires protected from the rain but the toggle switch can be pressed through this rigged cover

You’re trailer looks great! Bumper and propane cover looks really nice, as does everything else you sprayed black. I thought maybe you had applied Everbrite to the trailer skin. Have you applied something to it already? It looks really good.

thanks!
the only thing we have done to the skin was a good wash job and my husband used Weiman's stainless steel cleaner and polish and a soft cloth after it was clean and dry. it was a very easy way to sort of polish it up, but it didn't seem to really do much. now that all the window rubber is cleaned up and the belt line vinyl trim is in, we plan to give it a good wash and wax. The last time we were traveling home, we drove through a freak snowstorm. the front edges were covered with muddy dirty slush. next day it all slid off and didn't look much different, so maybe that Weimans gave some protection.

I really didn't expect the paint to make such a difference on the bumper. it was UGLY, and now I like it.
