can't fill fresh water tank

we are retired. we camp pretty much every other week. Gila Wilderness, Mimbres, Arizona... Living in New Mexico, we have pretty much year round camping. We also like to go on road trips. seeing family and stopping along the way to to explore. This is our "biggest" camper yet. we had a westfalia, a toyota sunrader, a VW rialta, a couple of travel trailers. One TT older, one newer. We needed more room and we have been envying our friends Avion for a while. They bought a new 5th wheel, and finally decided they didn't need the Avion. We are very happy to have it!!
