Wheel bolts

My 1975 Travelcader 25’ has bolts on the wheels, instead of lug nuts on studs. Has anyone changed the bolts out to studs and lug nuts? If so did you replace the drums also?

I have a 79 where I had that conversion done. I switched to Dexter Nev-R-Adjust brakes with new Dexter Drums as well. The shop was able to find lug nuts that had the correct seat/length for the original aluminium wheels. It wasn't cheap but its nice to know when I am on the road its possible to buy parts.
