A/C wiring pre-installed?

Post by TheSilverCanCamper »

Hello all,
I am the new owner of a ‘68 Travelcader! I have just started to look at A/C options for the trailer and noticed in one of the brochures it states “wired for A/C”. I have 2 smaller roof vents and one larger rectangle roof vent. Does anyone know if the center vent has wiring run to it? And if so, where do I find it? Thanks

I can’t answer your question, but the easiest way to find out would probably be to remove any interior trim for that fan so you can see if there’s wiring. Also, keep in mind that things like the fans, furnace, range hood, etc. run on 12v DC. The air conditioner and all the outlet receptacles are 120v AC.
