Shower faucets in 66 Sportsman

I'm getting around to fixing all the little bits in our Avion in preparation for our first trip. Our corner shower has a curtain, drain but no faucets. I'm guessing that the water originally came from the bathroom sink as the faucets for it are right next to the shower curtain. A diverter of sorts or contraption to hook onto the spout would work. Can anyone advise me on what they have in their 60s/70s trailer? I'd prefer to keep the trailer as original as possible.

Found a diverter. Problem solved.
