Just getting started

Acquired a 1996 Avion by Fleetwood. Regrettably, it came without user manuals. Initial searching shows that there are multiple makes and models matching this description, some you drive, and some you have to tow. It seems the door can be multiple places as well, depending on the make and model. So my first question for the group is, what did I get?

Mine is about 30 feet long, and must be towed. The door is at the rear on the passenger side. The expansion piece is on the middle of the driver side.
