Ah perfect, you guys have given me some great ideas. I guess I'm trying to get as much intel as I can before making the 8 hour drive this week to go see it. My wife thinks I'm crazy for diving that far......lol. Thank you all for the suggestions.

So, let's say the floor is fine. Do you guys think I'm overpaying at $12k? As far as I know the appliances all work. They did replace the fridge with a residential version; obviously that won't be able to run while underway unless I use an inverter or run a generator as we ride.

Other than that, the front couch looks like it could turn to dust if you look at it wrong. I've attached a few photos to give you an idea. Looks like they took them with his phone so the quality isn't great but you'll get the idea

There is bound to be something hiding, I would set an initial price anchor around 8k and hope to get it for around 10k. Missing the banana skin may be an indicator of something larger... or so you can always claim...

Goodluck, at the end of the day if you love it you love it and you pay what it takes to get it.

Avion prices are strange. Not too long ago, I would have suggested somewhere in the $7K-$9K range. I do think $12K is a bit high, but these trailers seem to be fewer and farther between these days.

I meant to mention earlier that I bet there was a blow-out on that rear tire that damaged the original skin. You might ask.
