Home again

Post by DJ18 »

I’ve been gone, but not in the Avion. Our daughter who lives in CA, had an off again, on again evacuation situation.. with two little kids, she decided to just come visit for a bit. Then her brother and family decided since they are doing school virtually, to bring their camper and come see us all too. We had a mini reunion in the driveway. Campfires, and camp out in the front yard. During the day, they all were in “school” —son & wife both teachers. Their & their kids are in virtual class all day. Our camper was classroom to an 11th grader and a 4th grader. Theirs was the “desk” of a Senior AP English teacher and 8th grade math teacher. Pretty cool. Then I drove back to LA county with daughter and 2 five yr olds. I am SO ready to go camping—for real—in the quiet woods!

My dad would say that drive home was more of a “treatment” than a “treat”!

I hear the woods calling.... :D

It was a treatment for sure! No real problems that my ear drums and blood pressure won’t recover from
