1979 Avion 38' Motorhome... Who??? Where??

Unknown to some, Avion made a couple of 38' motorhomes back in 1979. I remember seeing one of them for sale on CL several years ago.

Does anyone know where it went?? Who owns it??

I found this older post, but if still interested...yes, I own this 38 ft Avion motorhome.
It is still in Texas...Roanoke, and is still in nice shape. I'm slowly working to get it like new.
Of the two prototypes made, one was Chevy based and mine is on a Dodge frame.

That really is a unique, beautiful motorhome. With the stated improvements (fuel injection on the awesome 440 engine, and propane for the generator), it should be quite a gem!

I wonder what a fair price might be for that, if there is such a thing. How in the world would that be figured??? Compare it to the “other” silver motor homes?
