I did leave a message
Continue to call him. Not good about returning calls, but if he’s near the phone and can answer, he will be glad to talk as long as you want. Chuck is a great guy, full of information and willing to help. And BUSY.

In my experience, Chuck does not respond to voicemails. I found the best time to reach him is between 9:30-11:00 am.

FYI - According to his VM, he has changed his business name to Cayo, Inc. I sense he is doing other things besides repairing Avions.

Yes, he is. Hot rods. Or, Custom Vintage Automobiles. When I walked through the front door, in the entryway was a nicely done motor from a - Lincoln? Buick? 50's vintage. His Business card shows a vintage truck - late 40's early 50's, red w/ wooden bed as I recall. I have his business card here somewhere. My plan is to affix it to a wall in the trailer.

Yes, I saw that too when I visited him in 2018.

I recall he had an Avion 5th-wheeler (aka Whale) parked behind his shop. Was it still there when you visited?
