Dometic 15K Btu. Dometics' install instructions call for a 20 Amp dedicated breaker on the 120 VAC line, hence the wire matches the circuit breaker, and recommended wire size in the install instructions is 12awg.
I looked at the install instructions and for the 12VDC you can get away with 18 - 22 awg.

Sorry...by 12/3 I thought you were meaning 2 hots, neutral, and ground. I was trying to figure out what the extra hot would be for...

BTW, is West Marine the least expensive place you’ve found for marine wiring?
