They can be a whale of an expense to renovate if rotted. Lots of OSB according to Chuck Cayo. If its condition being in Minnesota is anything like our 30P from Michigan, it's gonna be a long project.

If the shell is intact, and it seems to be, then a whale can be good for someone who has had Avions before and, is prepared to do a full reno. If I had more time, I'd take it blind, but at closer to $6K with the mindset of anything OSB is coming out, regardless of condition. Worse yet, when I've finished with it, it might weigh as much as a whale.

Something else - only one AC, that wouldn't fly in my neighborhood.
