Not sure yet. I'm not going to make a decision until April when I can pull it out with NO SNOW OR ICE.

Do you know if the vinyl covering on the walls and ceiling can be removed and if so how? Next, after filling the hole on the inside after it has had a patch laid over the hole on the outside with spray foam or such and the vinyl covering has been removed if it can be removed what can be used to make the fill smooth and flush with the roof such as what one would do with sheetrock? If there isn't anything that can be applied to make the inside repair and the vinyl can't be removed what kind of covering would stick to the textured vinyl covering. I have seen the inside of these trailers painted but did they paint over the vinyl covering?

I did do a search for removing the vinyl covering, Jasco paint remover or other types will get it done. So now I am to patching the hole and recovering with something. Any suggestions.

Hi, Rodney.

Sorry, but I don't have an answer for that........ I have never tried to remove it.

Short of covering the inside with another strip of aluminum, covered with a textured vinyl, I'm not sure what I'd do.... I'll have to study on that.

I am going to take it to Cayo Repair and tried to call but the shop is going to be closed until 2/17. I am trying to nail down what can be done.

Reports are that removing the interior wall paper is far more trouble than painting or replacing the aluminum sheet. About the only way it comes off is if Alcoa had a bad day when it was made and it peels on its' own. Other than that, if there is a secret to removing it, it hasn't been let out here.
