Avion newbie!
Hi guys I’m over in the UK and have just put a deposit down on a 25’ 1971 twin axle Avion, which I think is a Voyageur, unfortunately it’s been gutted inside so it’s a blank canvas, but I’d like to keep the outside as original as possible and then create a period looking interior. I’m picking it up next week and then the fun begins! I’m glad I’ve found the forum for information. Kevin

Welcome to the forum Kevin!
Very nice Avion. I think its a 26 footer, right?
Just curious, what vehicle are you going to use to tow your Avion? And what weight distribution hitch will you be using?

Over here we have to modify the brakes and the hitch to make them legal on our roads, so it’s going in to a trailer shop next week to see what needs changing so I’m not exactly sure what hitch they’ll use, but I’ll by pulling it with my 2wd Mercedes Sprinter

Welcome to the forum, Kevin. I assume you have to convert the hydraulic brakes? If I recall, Europe prohibits electric brakes.
