Oven micro swap?

I am contemplating replacing the oven range combo with a countertop flush mounted 2 or 3 burner range. and a micro convection oven below. I know it will require a new counter top but what else might I need to consider?

Looks like it would be a big undertaking and could be irreversible once started.
