Coupler lock

Post by Rostam »

I guess this is the right sub-forum to post about this.

What coupler lock are you using and recommend? I bought a simple one from Walmart but it would not fit around Avion's chunky coupler. I am looking for something simple, to be used as a minor deterrent.

Thanks!

Somewhere in your neck of the woods is an RV dealer supply house. Drive the rig over and try every one they’ve got till you’re satisfied.

Frankly, all you need is something that keeps it from popping open.

For theft prevention you want to “boot” two wheels, different axles, on opposite sides. And remove the other two wheels. Use jacks to support.

A battery-powered angle grinder will take off almost any lock in three seconds. A big one, thirty seconds tops.
