Not mine... For sale again... 1989 34VB

I first saw this Avion for sale for $15K back in the summer of 2012 in our local CL (the Avion was in Harrison, AR). I spoke to the owner at that time.... it was a really nice Avion.

It is for sale again, now in Booneville, AR... a little worse for the wear, but probably a great buy at $8K.

1989 Avion triple axle 34 ft. travel trailer. I have owned this trailer for the past 6+ years. The previous owner had hardwood floors installed, as well as two new air conditioners and a refrigerator. This trailer has 2 propane furnaces, both of which work well. This trailer is mostly original. As with any trailer that is 30 years old, some work will be needed. Among things needed: A thorough cleaning inside and out, a plumbing leak in or near the water heater, and a plumbing leak at the toilet (a kit is included). Text only for more information. Looks a lot better in the first ad. It always amazes me people don’t spend 10-15 minutes putting stuff away prior to taking pictures for a for sale ad.

That was my first thought, too. Especially since I “knew” this Avion and how pristine it was.
Then, I realized that if someone lived like that inside, it was probably expecting way too much that it be picked up, even a little, before pictures were taken.

I’m guessing that the trailer has been totally neglected since it was bought by the current owner....... so..... if anyone looks at it in person, go over it with a fine-tooth comb.

I chatted via text today with James, the current owner of this Avion.

He said... "Leaks: (1) Either the water heater or plumbing close to it. (2) At toilet, basically where water connects to toilet. The included kit should fix. (3) Roof. My best guess is the seal around the rear A/C unit. It would take some elbow grease and a little cash to get it as clean as it was when I bought it. The right person will be proud to do it...."

And, the trailer has been parked for the 6+ years he has owned it. The normal diligence will need to be taken regarding tires/brakes/bearings. (Did you notice I spelled "brakes" correctly?? )
