Cleaned up the horrendous nightmare that was my roof.

Eternabond and fan cover delete

Kool Seal primer

the clean up process was, as you can imagine, labor intensive. Somewhere along the line, there must have been a leak at the TV antenna, because a previous owner applied Parbond to it like cake frosting. Had to grind off the Parbond AND heads of the screws securing it,then had to use a claw hammer to dislodge it. :evil:

lol. The lighting threw me. I glanced at the last pic and thought the awning on the right was one long strip of panels.

First top coat went on yesterday. Under the threat of rain, but dodged a bullet and stayed dry. Rain today so no second coat this evening. :|

Wow! the difference is amazing. Has to feel gratifying, it looks like a lot of work. I just pin pointed leaks in my roof from the inside. I'll have to pick your brain when I get to mine.
