I thought the same thing. The trailer is new to me, my grandpa gave it to me. Its been sitting for 8 years, so im just discovering things that need fixed. I would assume that the circuits on blue worked, but im not certain. I might try and tone them and hook it back up and see. I would think the power converter would have a circuit to connect if on shore or just 12v.

Yeah, maybe those feeds are connected internally. They must be.

Since you’re redoing things, have you checked out progressive dynamics converters/12v/110v combos? They might be worth checking out for a cleaner install. You’d still have a negative bar connected to your skin, but your 12v and 110v would be in one unit. You can upgrade to 50 amp 110v as well if you want, which is what I plan to do sometime this fall.
