Hello. Not sure if this is the place to post this. Could someone tell me what years/models had the rear twins and the mid bath? If you have a model like this, is the bath comfortable? I think this is the model we are looking for but I can't find photos that give a sense of the size of the bath. And how rare are these? I've only seen one for sale since we started looking.

I don't know about pre-1978 models. Post 1978 models, these model/years have (optional) rear twins (source: http://my.execpc.com/~drg/avionrem.html#Models):

1978-1979: 26-H, 28-M, 30-R, 34-W
1980: 26-H, 28-M, 30-R, 32-T, 34-W
1984: 30-R, 34-W
1985: 25-H, 30-R, 34-W
1986: 25-H, 30-R, 32-S, 34-W
1987: 25-H, 30-R, 32-S, 34-W, 34-X
1988: 32-S, 34-W, 34-X
1989: 28-A, 32-S, 34-W, 34-X, 34-XB
1990: 28-A, 32-S, 34-X, 34-XB

We have a 1978 26-H (center bath, rear twin, front dinette). This was the exact floor plan we wanted. The bath is smaller than rear bath models or 34-X models that have very large and separate bathroom and tub.

My 30R has a mid bath and I find it pretty comfortable. It feels huge compared to the mid bath that my 79 Airstream had.

We have a 1987 34W. My wife and I are pretty average size and get along well with our side bath. Outside of that comment, about all I could offer would be to take a picture while standing in the shower (CLOTHED, of course!!)

Unless you are a larger person, I am confident that a side bath would work for you. Regardless, any tub/shower in these trailers is a compromise compared to your home. However, these are VERY functional. I LOVE having my OWN shower with me when we are traveling.
