Finally scored a trailer cover for the H24. Bought it from ebay for under $200. Not expecting greatness for that price but we shall see how it holds up long term. Since Avion is a lesser known trailer, I searched for the airstream 24' cover, found this, and took a chance. What do you know, the cover fits! actually, its big enough for the bumper and the goose neck. The straps seem cheap but their only purpose is to keep the material off the ground. BE AWARE- only the roof has the "Triple Ply" material as advertised. The listing makes you think the entire cover will be triple thickness of material, when in reality only the roof is. The single thickness of material is somewhat see through, I can see the colors of the trailer through it and think it wont be 100% waterproof. The roof seems legit. There is a convenient zipper on the door side for access if you need it. Only Took me about 15 minutes to install, but I had to get on the roof.

Just read through your thread, great job!
Almost an exact clone of my '64 Silverstreak restoration.
Really dig the tri-tone paint against my usual feel about painting aluminum. Very tasteful.
I take it you won't be selling it?

Thanks- would love to see photos of the Silverstreak!, I really wanted the polished aluminum look but it wasn't realistic having started with anodized aluminum.

I would sell it, Im always a fan of sharing, and being able to finance the next project. Not sure what its worth...

I had to dig back for decent pics of the Silverstreak.

The exterior shot is from last winter in Maria, TX. The green tent is the loo.
The interior shot is after I painted and when I was almost done with the floor.
It's a great aluminum tent, although it's actually my office, AC, ac, a fridge and a sink.
Good work surfaces.
