looking closely at the photos you posted, you will want to address the rust issues on the frame before replacing the floor - it's easier that way.

you're making sense. If by lifting the shell you mean completely raising it off the frame, that is not necessary. If I were in your position, I would start at one end and work my way back. Select a 4 or 6 foot area to replace the floor and do half of the width at a time. so, as I recall, the width o...

That NIB L400 is a unicorn. Keep in mind, there were four flavors of the L400. two each of the short latch and long latch versions.
