Sorry, but I don't have an answer for that........ I have never tried to remove it.
Short of covering the inside with another strip of aluminum, covered with a textured vinyl, I'm not sure what I'd do.... I'll have to study on that.

To me, everything tastes better when cooked in the Avion! I AM one of those who actually use the appliances...... but some don’t.

The 25H is definitely one of the less common models, but I have no idea about production numbers.
