Re: Axle failure rate
I only replaced one spring on the right side. All others were in spec.
There is a post dated 9/25 that has all the part numbers for rebuilding the suspension and axle assemblies.

Re: New to Avion or any other camper trailer
Your biggest challenge is developing a wall and cabinet strategy that takes the curved walls into account. The good news is that Avions are not as aggressive on the curvature of walls as Airstream. But don't expect after-market cabinetry to conform to the wall profile. I suggest developing a method ...

Re: Avion H-26 - Replacing Shocks
I have never quite understood how a shock absorber functions when it is not perpendicular to the axle. Most shock absorbers are mounted at an angle to the axle, presumably due to spatial constraints within the wheel well. I just might call Monroe myself. After spending nearly 35 years in the automot...

Wise move. Until EV manufacturers are able to sell their product without government incentives, chickens will grow lips before you see me in the market.

Re: Avion H-26 - Replacing Shocks
Wow. I learn something new every day. I would seem dual shocks would impede the axle from vertical travel. I guess I'll have to some research.
