Re: 12V fans....
i ended up doing the fan swap. Truthfully there isnt much of a write up once you undo the screws of the original fan outer casing. Place a thin scraper or putty knife where the flange and the roof meet and then slowly pry up on the fan case. The whole piece will start loosening up as you slowly pry ...

Re: Entry door trim cracks
Mine isn’t as cracked. If removed it will leave a big hole in the sheet metal.
I may make a mold and make one out of fiberglass. I dont think anyone makes that piece.

Re: Roof walking?
Make sure you walk on the ribs not the space inn between. You’ll see lines of rivets going across or the length of the trailer. Those are the ribs. Anywhere else youll dent the hell out of the panels. If you wanna be really safe make yourself a pair of snow shoes out of some plywood and staple some ...

Re: 34XB VENT PARTS
Just cut out the radiuses edges. The aluminum framing is already boxed in in there for the 14x14 fan. They just cut the radius for the weird body of the fan itself. I wish I could of kept the radiuses section as it made a great waterproof flange. But the framing I there already. I did both the front...

Re: 19" Vent Lid (sources)
I just removed mine and they look a lot like the ones you pictured. I replaced them with 14x14 vent fans. I can measure mine and see if they’re like yours. If they are you should be able to use 14x14 also. I wish I did a tutorial. How are you measuring the vents ? Corner to opposite corner at a 45* ...

Re: Rivet question
You can get aluminum flashing from Home Depot or hardware store. Metal supply shops sell sheets in whatever gauge you need. I wood, just use whatever rivets you got because it’s all gonna get sealed by flashing and sealant anyway. You can buy what are called closed rivets that do not leave the typic...
