Yep after applying eternabond to the main seam and around the sky lights I’ve been leak free since July!

I wasn’t able to find anything to replace the latch so I’ve been living with it as is

The deadbolt on my front door finally gave out and I locked my self inside. I had to remove the entire lock mechanism and replace it. I bought this deadbolt off amazon and replaced the cylinder with one I bought from Lowe’s. It fits perfect and I can lock my door no problem now!

Is the rub rail necessary or just cosmetic? I was wondering if it would look good just removing the rub rail on mine

This latch that keeps the bathroom mirror in place when it’s closed snapped in half the other day. Does anyone know where I could find a replacement?
