I want to replace my d__m lock with a newer more contemporary and secure, reliable model. Do not care about being true to the vintage of my 1978 8.5M (28') Avion. I just want a good door lock!

I have a 1978 8.5m Avion trailer. We love our trailer. I have replaced the door lock Bargman 10-40-010 twice and repaired each a few times. I find the Bargman to be unreliable and not safe!
