Re: 1986 34v Silver Edition Build

There are a ton of options with different price points, and you have to pay for crating and shipping. $600 per window. Not a small bite... but the difference is pretty amazing with the double panes and solar glass. I would however recommend doing it at the end of a build, rather than at the beginnin...

Re: 1986 34v Silver Edition Build

For the floor, it really just cantilevers out there quite nicely. I had to jack it up about half an inch because the edges of the entire trailer floor is falling apart so it has settled some.

Re: 1986 34v Silver Edition Build

My wife and I put them in, need 2 people wasn’t hard. The biggest obstacles are that the old windows screw to the traile...

Re: 1986 34v Silver Edition Build

Hey there, Oh I get it... I was putting a lot of pressure on myself to get it done by X. I have since decided it will be done when its done, and that feels a lot better in general. For A/C's I am going to take both out and seal the holes, instead I am going to put a mini split system in. For cooktop...

Re: 1986 34v Silver Edition Build

Used wood blocks and I need to jack it up slightly so did some tinkering, if you take a wood 2x4 about 18inches long and turn it horizontal remove the rear hatch and place along the top it makes a great jack point with a vertical 2x4...

Re: Installing New sub floor on 34wb

Thanks Bob, I literally mean the shell, currently replacing the floor and I can tell I will need a little bit more space in an area (maybe 1/2inch) and trying to decide where to lift the shell without damaging anything.

Currently working on the bathroom floor.

Re: Installing New sub floor on 34wb

If I needed to jack my shell up slightly, where would be the best points? Currently working on the floor and I need a little more space.
